ORDERS & SHIPPING

What’s my order status?

If you have an Taboo Fashions account, you can log in and view order status and tracking on the My Account page, under orders. You should also receive the order status on your nominated email address. If you can’t log in or did not receive any email for the status of your order, please click here to contact us.

When is my order shipping?

If the item is not on backorder, it typically takes 1-3 business days for an order to ship. 

What payment methods can I use to checkout? 

We accept all major credit cards with the logo from Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or American Express. We also accept third-party payments such as GooglePay, AmazonPay or Paypal.

How can I cancel my order?

Please notify us immediately at support@taboofashions.com if you would like to cancel your order. We can refund 100% of your payment if a cancellation was made before the product was shipped out. Once it has shipped, it is subject to our 30-Day Return Policy.

How can I change my shipping address? 

Once you are on the checkout screen, you will see a checkbox under the billing address that says SHIP TO A DIFFERENT ADDRESS? Once this box is checked, the shipping address form will appear.

Why am I being charged shipping? 

Shipping costs may be applied to your order if you are shipping to an International address if you select an expedited shipping option on the checkout screen or your order amount is not greater than the minimum amount for free shipping. If you believe you are being charged shipping erroneously, please contact us. 

Shipping Policy

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

  • Free - Orders over $100 shipping to locations in the lower 48 United States will receive free shipping.  

  • Paid or Expedited Shipping - In some scenarios shipping will need to be paid for. These circumstances include orders that do not qualify for free shipping (under $100, international, expedited). All shipping options will be quoted at checkout to allow you to choose expedited shipping if desired.

  • Worldwide - Taboo Fashions ™ ships worldwide. International shipping can be calculated at checkout. Please allow additional time for your order to arrive if shipping outside the lower 48 United States.

  • Orders shipping to a PO Box or military APO/FPO addresses will be shipped through USPS. Delivery dates are subject to order cutoff times and potential carrier delays. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How can I return or exchange my items? 

You can return or exchange qualifying item(s) for a refund within 30 days of purchase. Returns must be unused and in new condition with all original packaging; returned items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund. Click here to see our full returns policy.

Can I return an item that was a gift?

We are sorry to hear your gift did not work out for you. Please contact us with the order number or email from the original purchaser and the item(s) you wish to return to initiate your refund or exchange. We welcome any feedback you may have as to why this item did not work out for you as we are always trying to improve our products and user experience.

I bought this item from your reseller, can I send them back to you?

Please contact the store you bought the product from to initiate a return request. Returns without approval are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

How long does it take to get a refund? 

Typically, it takes about 5-10 days from receiving the items to issue a refund as these need to be inspected and processed into our inventory. If the refund is being issued to a credit card, depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 Business Days after your credit is applied for it to post to your account.

I received an incorrect/damaged product, what do we do?

We apologize for the inconvenience. ​If you received any damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us and we will provide a return label to ship those back to us at no cost to you. Once the item is tracking back to us, we will send the replacement (stock allowing).

 

Returns Policy

Our return policy allows returns within 30 days of delivery of your product. During the holidays, November 1st-December 31st, our return window is extended until January 31st.  If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, you can return your un-used (new condition) product.  You are responsible for return shipping cost (unless the item was damaged, see Warranty section).  As soon as we receive the returned item(s), we'll process a refund for the product price.  
 
To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
  • Must be in original packaging and properly packaged (please do not write on the box)
  • Must include all parts received with your original shipment
  • Must be unused and have no signs of usage
If items are returned without original packaging or any missing parts, a minimum 15% restocking fee will be applied as well as any costs of damaged or missing items. Products that show visible use will not qualify for a return.

How do I request a return?

  • If you registered for an account when you ordered, you can submit a return request online. To do so:

    • Login to your account

    • Click the My Account link

    • Click Orders

    • You should see a "Return Item(s)" button next to any of your "Completed" orders

    • Select the item you want to return

    • Choose the reason for the return request, desired result, and some additional info in the comments section then click the "Submit Return Request" button. 

  • If you checked out as a guest when you made your purchase and wish to return an item, please Contact Us.

We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.

You should expect to receive your refund within 5-10 days of us receiving your product in our warehouse. 

 

Warranty

​If you received any damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us and we will provide a return label to ship those back to us at no cost to you. Once the item is tracking back to us, we will send the replacement (stock allowing).
