Returns Policy

Our return policy allows returns within 30 days of delivery of your product. During the holidays, November 1st-December 31st, our return window is extended until January 31st.
 
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our products, you can return your un-used (new condition) product.  You are responsible for the cost of return shipping (unless the product is damaged, then see Warranty section below).  As soon as we receive the returned item(s), we will process a full refund.  
 
To qualify for a return, the product must meet the following conditions:
  • Must be in original packaging and properly packaged (please do not write on the box)
  • Must include all parts received with your original shipment
  • Must be unused and have no signs of usage
If items are returned without original packaging or any missing parts, a minimum 15% restocking fee will be applied as well as any costs of damaged or missing items. Products that show visible use will not qualify for a return.

How do I request a return?

  • If you registered for an account when you ordered, you can submit a return request online. To do so:

    • Login to your account

    • Click the My Account link

    • Click Orders

    • You should see a "Return Item(s)" button next to any of your "Completed" orders

    • Select the item you want to return

    • Choose the reason for the return request, desired result, and some additional info in the comments section then click the "Submit Return Request" button. 

  • If you checked out as a guest when you made your purchase and wish to return an item, please Contact Us.

We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.

You should expect to receive your refund within a couple weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). 

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

  • Free - Orders over $50 shipping to locations in the lower 48 United States will receive free shipping.  

  • Paid or Expedited Shipping - In some scenarios shipping will need to be paid for. These circumstances include orders that do not qualify for free shipping (under $50, international, expedited). All shipping options will be quoted at checkout to allow you to choose expedited shipping if desired.

  • Worldwide - Taboo Fashions ™ ships worldwide. International shipping can be calculated at checkout. Please allow additional time for your order to arrive if shipping outside the lower 48 United States. 

Orders shipping to a PO Box or military APO/FPO addresses will be shipped through USPS. Delivery dates are subject to order cutoff times and potential carrier delays. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Warranty

​If you received any damaged, defective, or incorrect items, please contact us and we will provide a return label to ship those back to us at no cost to you. Once the item is tracking back to us, we will send the replacement (stock allowing).
