- Must be in original packaging and properly packaged (please do not write on the box)
- Must include all parts received with your original shipment
- Must be unused and have no signs of usage
How do I request a return?

If you registered for an account when you ordered, you can submit a return request online. To do so:

Login to your account

Click the My Account link

Click Orders

You should see a "Return Item(s)" button next to any of your "Completed" orders

Select the item you want to return

Choose the reason for the return request, desired result, and some additional info in the comments section then click the "Submit Return Request" button.

If you checked out as a guest when you made your purchase and wish to return an item, please Contact Us.
We will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
You should expect to receive your refund within a couple weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases, you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
For international orders, we will estimate shipping cost and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Free - Orders over $100 shipping to locations in the lower 48 United States will receive free shipping.

Paid or Expedited Shipping - For international orders, shipping cost will be added to the order. In addition, orders totaling less than $100 and expedited orders will have shipping cost added to the order. All shipping options will be quoted at checkout to allow you to choose expedited shipping if desired.

Worldwide - Taboo Fashions ™ ships worldwide. International shipping can be calculated at checkout. Please allow additional time for your order to arrive if shipping outside the lower 48 United States.
Orders shipping to a PO Box or military APO/FPO addresses will be shipped through USPS. Delivery dates are subject to order cutoff times and potential carrier delays.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
Warranty
We are committed to designing, manufacturing, and delivering items that are high quality. We warrant that our products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal and customary use for up to one (1) year from the original date of purchase. We expect the customer to present proof of purchase in the form of an original receipt and we expect that the product has not been abused, altered, defaced, misused, or otherwise damaged through the act or neglect of the consumer or a third party. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear. Once we establish that a product needs to be warrantied, we will replace the defective product with the same or a comparable product. If we are out-of-stock of this product, we will offer a refund your original product price.
